go to the Willamette Valley Genealogy Society 

website and look at there December 2013 Newsletter. 

I have more info on the proposal but would need 

to send it to individuals emails. 

The bill was supposed to have been introduced last week 

many genealogy societies, The Oregon California Trails association 

and others are against this proposal, it is being billed as a cost sa vings  
move but there would not be any cost savings, just more waste of taxpayer 

money.
