Hi Diane 

The Museum Contacted me that they were going to open. 

The Schminck has Currier and Belknap info the Schminck's were descendants 

of them, that is the info I want. 

The Doc's tell two months before I will be allowed to drive, only in the hospital 

overnight, if things go alright.

Glen..Better give me a call to make sure the Schminck is open when you come down.  The Lake County Museum has a lot of information.  And the Fort Rock Museum is neat.  Do not know when the caretakers are there.   It is a walk thro normally.  
  
I have had one knee replace.  the first 2 weeks are awful, but after that things go right well!!
