Verdena,
You can check this link which provides information regarding where the Grant County marriage records can be located.

http://arcweb.sos.state.or.us/pages/records/local/county/grant/inv/marr.html

The Oregon State Archives has microfilm of marriage records from Grant County for the time period when your ancestors married so you could make a request to our staff at the following email.

reference.archives at state.or.us

There would be a charge for research and copies so feel free to clarify that with staff beforehand if you would like. The normal turn-around time is 5-7 working days and they can usually scan the record and send it to you as an email attachment.

Subject: [or-roots] Moffitt Marriage

I kind of eased up on the genealogy research for awhile and I am amazed how things have changed on the Internet. I got stuff from Ancestry.com for free when I first started, Anyway I found my grandparents marriage in 1895 in Grant county thank you to the LDS site I have the numbers so can I write to Grant county to get a copy or where could I get a copy? I believe they lived in Halfway. They got married at the house of my great grandfather's house. Thank you for any help.
Verdena Veelle
