[or-roots] New databases added - Maryland, New York and Oregon

These places Alturas and Surprise are located just across the border in 
Modoc County, California which is smacked in northeast corner of 
California next to Oregon and Nevada.

Dan Matney should have information on the Matney's because he has been 
collecting them over the years.
