I didn't mean to infer that the submitter's were bad.  I know a lot of
submitter's personally and they are extremely thorough in what they
submit.  Unfortunately, like "one size" doesn't fit all there are some that
are not so accurate.  I think it has gotten a lot worse since Ancestry
bought them.  They have a tendency to mess everything up, like when they
bought Heritage Quest.  I used to use them constantly but now I never do.
