[or-roots] Reminder about change in the list address

OR-rooters,

Just wanted to follow up on my message from earlier this week and remind  you that effective today at 6 p.m. our list address will change from ending with @listsmart.osl.state.or.us to ending with @omls.oregon.gov.

There is no action for you to take other than noting the address change and knowing it is a legitimate email from OR-roots.
