Make sure I'm saving to the appropriate folder, making up a folder for each
book, if I'm doing many pages
(My documents/Genealogy/families/Palmer/EPV_Palmer) give file a name
(Palmer_1-10) and save.
I have Adobe Acrobat, so after I've done the whole book, I start with the
first file, open it, and append
the pages from one file to the other, winding up with essentially one book.
Then, I "save as" the Book
Name and delete the "old" files.
Now, if you have only Adobe Reader, you will have to keep the files
separate. Do this for all pages, kiss
your wife, drink coffee, etc.
I don't know any other way of downloading these files. When I said something
about saving to PDF, I was
thinking of the census, which do give you a choice. You can Download to disk
as a PDF or TIFF file, or
view in Adobe Acrobat. (Adobe Reader, actually).
I just did all of this, as a test, under IE 7, and had no problem at all.
