<DIV>Does anyone know the name of the program where the state is granting HS 

diplomas for those who dropped out to fight in WW II? My father-in-law falls 

into that category, having dropped out of 10th grade in Elgin to join the Navy. 

He was in the south Pacific during the war. If anyone knows how to go about 

contacting the state for this, please let me know. Thank you.</DIV>
