Her parents AJ McCulloch & Sarah ( Landers) Mcculloch. I am wondering how to 

find any historical information about the  families. Were they part of the 

Oregon trail. I am alos looking for information on Bertram G. Bates. He was 

Assistant editor of the Evening News in Roseburg around 1918. Thnaks for any
