<DIV><STRONG>My mother, Rhoda Napier Cooper was born in Montavilla April 14, 1907. She stated that Montavilla was not incorporated with Portland until 1908. However, a book by E. Kimbark MacColl gives the date of incorporation as 1906. Can anyone give me the correct date for certain?</STRONG></DIV>
