in Portland named Bob Blue, who was a friend of my sculptor husband. And then
there is historian Lucy Blue in Lincoln County, who I cannot find out one tiny
weeny thing about. Help!

their two children, Maxmilly and Adelbert crossed the plains from Sullivan
Co. MO in 1852-53 with a large wagon train which included his wife's parents
John B. and Roxyann Hutchinson (Hughes) Bowen. The wagon train arrived in
the Rogue River Valley of Southern Oregon August 31, 1853 and settled a DLC
claim 10 Oct. 1853 on the foothills of skinner's Butte eight miles east of
Jacksonville.</FONT> <FONT face=Arial>Amos Blue married Maryum's sister
Sarah Elizabeth Bowen-Smith.</FONT><FONT face=Arial>He had a BLM land claim
next to the Bowen and the McKee families.</FONT> <FONT face=Arial>Merry
