<DIV> The battle-ship Oregon at San Francisco is now completed with the exception of placing her armor in position. Had the necessary materials not been delayed by the government she would have been launched two month ago. She will be launched either October 26 or November 26. Exclusive of armament, it is said, the Oregon will cost nearly $4,000,000.</DIV>
