Violet and Nancy for reminding me to look further afield for these folks which I
sometimes tend not to do.<BR><BR>I also see I forgot to mention to Bob that "yes
I have been in contact with Marcella Pfiefer; I probably have misplaced the
information she sent me, or haven't gotten around to assimilating it, (see note
about whining 5 or 6 emails back) and if I could remember where THAT info is it
might save me some of these headaches.<BR><BR>Also thanks to Teddie 1938 for the

Recherche en Démographie Historique</A> <BR><BR> I did find a couple
of folks there so now have more than one source for the same information,
unfortunately never found proof that Joseph Laverdure son of Felix Heber and
Marie Esther Vigneault (or whatever) is actually THE Joseph Lavadore married
Lisette Walla Walla found in 1860 in Canyonville.<BR><BR>The real disappointment
about that was it only went to 1799 and so I couldn't have any hope of finding
great Uncle Louis'<BR>grandparents because his father Godfrey
Seymour(Simone)wasn't born til about 1 Jan 1832.<BR><BR>Oh well, someday my
