a descendant of Early Pioneers - those that arrived after 1870. My grgr
grandmother and gr grandfather Cooper came to Jackson Co. with other family

eligible for SDOP. You must have proof of their pioneer status, i.e. be able
to show they had a land claim, etc.</STRONG></DIV>
