retired as a Postmaster...there were many citizens caught up in this mess.
Then I got hollered at because of their failure to listen...or read. We
even went so far as to put a public notice on the bulletin board to beware of
these schemes. The crooks were just one jump ahead of the postal
inspectors for a long time. I hope the swindlers get nailed---and
