<DIV>Diane - I don't know where you live but I know that the Oregon State Library in Salem has a copy of Greg Toftdahl's book. I would think that other libraries might as well. Years ago I just wrote to him at the address in the book and he mailed me a copy of the notice for about $5.00. I am not sure if he still does that or not.
