What was your gg grandfather's name. I.I. Stevens was first
territorial governor of Washington and notorious Indian hater. He was
behind the treaty of 1855. Anyway, I have some detailed info on
Stevens and names of associates. Don't know if there will be anything

<div>My Brickwall has been my Great Grandfather, he came to Oregon in
about 1853 with Issac I Stevens.</div>
<div>His bio says he was born in Genesee County Ny. in 1833, 1870
Idaho census say's born in New Hampshire, and the death certificate for
his Daughter my grandmother says Mass., have been unsuccessful so far
in finding him or his Parents, who I am really trying to find, in the
1850 or 1840 census.</div>
