<DIV>Hi Les</DIV>
<DIV>Yes that is him, I accually have that info, what our brickwall is finding his parents, as I have said his Bio say's born in Genesse County Ny. in 1833, 1870 Idaho Census say's Born in New Hamshire, the death certificate for my Grandmother, his Daughter Say's Mass. as does another family researcher, I have only been able to fine One Robie Family in Genessee Ny. on the 1840 census, the rest of New York as well as Nh. and Mass. have lots of Robie's just finding the right one. We did locate a Robie in Ohio on the 1850 census with a son Albert about the right age, but have not been able to find out as yet if this is the right one.</DIV>
<DIV>Albert Hugh Robie was rounding up Cattle with Pete French when they were attacked by the Bannock's and made their ride to Fort Harney, Albert then volunteered to make the ride from Fort Harney to Ft. Boise to get Federal Troops, he did it in something like 18 hours and it so exhausted him that he never recovered and died two weeks later at Home On Dry Creek north of Boise.</DIV>
<DIV>Sandra Flory the Oregon Historian That has the Oregon History Website has been researching Albert also, and we have been working together the past couple of years trying to locate Albert's parents and a cousin is also trying, and we have postings on Genweb and Rootsweb sites in all the States that I mentioned above.</DIV>
