<i>1845</i> Oregon Trail from Iowa: Captain Levin Nelson <b>English</b>
& his first wife Mary <b>Tucker </b>English, their daughter Malinda English
<b>Foss </b>her husband Joseph H. Foss, and their son William Hartfellers
Foss & his first wife (Rhoda) Emeline <b>Shirts</b> (1852 Oregon Trail)
they all settled in Marion County. Other children of Malinda & Joseph
Foss were John, George, Margaret Foss Scott, and Joseph. (Captain English's
second wife was Mary Tate English).<br>

</big><big><i>1851</i> Oregon Trail from Illinois: Drusilla <b>Morgan Price</b>
(Mrs. James Price), and her son James Dallas Price they settled near Albany,
Linn County, Oregon, James Dallas later settled in Umatilla County. Her other
children were Mary (Polly) Price Payne, Matilda Price Churchill, Amanda Price
Rideout, and Nimrod Price.<br>

<big><i>1852</i> Oregon Trail from Indiana: George <b>Shirts</b> & his
wife Sarah <b>Brock </b>Shirts, and their daughter (Rhoda) Emeline Shirts
Foss. They had DLC's in both Linn and Marion Counties. <br>
<br>
<i>1852</i> Oregon Trail from Missouri: (John) Thomas <b>Ware </b>(died
on the Trail) & his wife Sarah Mariah <b>Callaway</b> Ware, and their
daughter Sidney Coanzy Ware Woodward. Caleb </big><big><b>Woodward</b> came
to Oregon in the Fall of <i>1853</i>(?), and<big> <small>was the husband
of Sidney Coanzy Ware Woodward. They all settled in the Eugene, Oregon area,
and later the Woodward's moved on to Wheeler County, Oregon.<br>
<br>
<i>1862 </i>Oregon Trail from Missouri: John Creese <b>Haney</b> & Martha
Jane <b>Brown </b>Haney, and their daughter Letitia Haney <b>Price</b> (Mrs.
James Dallas Price - 1851 Oregon Trail). Their other children were Joseph,
William, Missouri Jordan, Cora Burroughs, Pauline, and Sterling Price Haney.
They first settled in Oregon City, then Linn County, and then on to Morrow
and Umatilla Counties.</small></big><br>

Early <i>1870's</i> from Kansas: George <b>Bowman </b>& his wife Margaret
<b>Head </b>Bowman, and their granddaughter Clara H. <b>Mulligan Lofton.
</b>Their other grandchildren were Charles Mulligan and Lillie Mulligan Timms,
and </big><big>George and Margaret Bowman's</big><big> sons were George L.
Bowman and Frank Bowman - the sons later settled in the Salem, OR area.<b>
</b>Also, came in the early <i>1870'</i>s from Kansas were Stephen H. Lofton
& Nancy Ann Agness <b>Glasscock</b> Lofton, and son Stephen Henry Lofton
(& his wife Clara H. Mulligan Lofton). They all settled in Grant County,
Oregon.<br>
<br>
<i>1880's</i> John <b>Burrows</b> & his wife Mary Ann <b>Byrne</b> Burrows
from Ohio, and settled near Pilot Rock, Umatilla County, Oregon.<br>
<br>
I did not name every one's children.<br>
