<DIV>I don't know about the  "State park" part, but "Casey Oregon was in Clatsop Co. on the Youngs River about 10 miles south of Astoria. It was named for a local Family. The Post Ofice was established in August 1903 with Catherine Quinn Postmaster.  Th post office operated until August 1911 when it was closed."</DIV>
