<DIV>I did find the Luper Cemetery on Sunday, but it was not an easy process. Across Prairie Road from 91184 Prairie Road, Junction City is a locked access gate just as David Samuelsen said. It appears that the property inside the locked gate belongs to the City of Eugene. There was a Luper Cemetery sign with a contact phone number, but I only got a recording which means it is very likely that it is the phone number of someone that works for the City of Eugene. </DIV>

<DIV>I had found and Denise mentioned Beacon Drive as the address of the cemetery. Beacon Drive intersects Prairie Road to the south of the above mentioned access gate. Along Beacon Drive, I found another Luper Cemetery sign and access road. Again it was locked, but there was a walk through gate - so I did. I still could see no sign of any cemetery!! I walked for approx 1/2 mile on a very nice gravel road, not seeing any sign of any cemetery, but, at last there was another sign pointing to a wooded area with an unlocked small gate. As I went through the gate, I was having second thoughts as it was very wooded with only a 10-12 inch pathway cleared through the woods. I was probably into the woods 100-200 feet before I saw the first gravestone. Someone has cleared very a narrow pathway to some of the gravestones, but it is entirely under a canopy of trees. I did not find the person that I was looking for, but I did not stay too lo
ng either. I was a little concerned about being there by myself, and everything was so overgrown that only the upright gravestones stood out.</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks, David. I should be able to find it from that. I know where Meadowview Road intersects Prairie Road so I should be able to find it. I will be in the area Memorial weekend and am hoping that the gate will be unlocked. </DIV>
