<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>There seems to be several folks on this list who 

are very knowledgeable about Indian ancestry/history.  My family verbal 

history claims that my 3rd gr-grandmother was a Native American named Chloe 

Bell.  Conjecture has been that Chloe Bell was her "white man's" 

name.  My gr-gr-grandfather was born in "eastern Tennessee" in 1808.  

Does anyone have any suggestion as to how to research this question back to the 

late 1700's?</FONT></DIV>
