read the Trib every morning, on line as I now live in Salem. I don't recall ever
hearing the story before although I lived in Medford for 57 years and am avid
history buff, especially in S. OR. My gg grandmother, gr grandfather,
grandfather all migrated from Colorado, along with some other children in
the mid 1870's. My grandfather, Guy Scott Cooper was just 6 yrs old in the 1880
census. I am also a member of RVGS.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
