Kingsland Comstock is a 7th great grandfather of mine, and Increase and
Thankful are his niece and nephew -- got my info from Garford Williams and
Melanie Armstrong. Kingsland's mother was Palthiah (or Palthial, or Patteah)
Elderkin, b 1635 in Rhode Island. I have bunches of those weird Puritanical
sounding names in the family history.

There was also and Increase JR, and an Increase III. Also have an
Increase Blake and a couple Increase Shaws. Two are no blood relation and
one is a very distant cousin.
