Listers:<BR><BR>I would like to know if there's a resource to see if old
adoption records are online. Do you know? <BR><BR>My ggrandparents raised their
niece as if she was their own, even giving her their last name (Bachelder). She
was born Frances Boyd on Feb. 25, 1923 to Earl Wayne Boyd (my ggrandmother's
brother), possibly out of wedlock. <BR><BR>I don't know if she was born in
Oregon (where gg lived), California (Earl married Winifred Helliker in Calif
about 1924), or Indiana (Earl's birthplace).<BR><BR>Thank you for your
