<P>I wanted to go this week but a medical problem held me up, but have books due back at the State library this next week, so plan on going to the Archives also.</P>

I contacted the cemetery but they couldn’t give me a date that she was buried because they don’t have records that go back that far. I research at the archives quite often. We have just received the records from 1959 and opened them to researchers as of Monday the 4th. You can send an email request to the reference desk at: reference.archives@state.or.us Cost for death certificates for in-state resident is $5.00, out-of state resident is $10.00 Of course you are always welcome to visit in person and make a copy for .25 cents.
