<div>Noah and my grandmother got divorced (supposedly) and in 1920 he was living with his father in California. In 1910 he was living with his parents and older brother in Washington.</div>
<div>He and my grandmother got married in Walla Walla because that was close to Milton-Freewater where she was living at the time.</div>
<div>One of these days I am going to go up to Portland and go to the cemetery and see if I can find anything. Noah married twice more and he eventually died in 1965.</div>

<div>
<div>Since I don't know the exact year or date of my aunt's death but know that it was sometime around 1914 or 1915 and she was a child. Is there anyway of knowing if there was some sort of epidemic in that time frame in Portland? I know she is buried in the old pioneer cemetery in Portland and I have contacted them but they only have a record of her being buried there with two of her siblings and a step mother (all in the same area).</div>
<div>I would really like to know the date of her death and what she died from but can't find a death record.</div>
<div>Her name was Verna Marie Hardwick and her parents were Noah Hardwick and Venus Howell.</div>
<div>Any help would be greatly appreciated.</div>
