I have a friend who has been through several husbands, but always reverts to surname of 1st one, most likely because that is the surname of her children. <div><br></div><div>Do you have the DLC history. Depending on final proving dates on those, assuming it was proved or whatever the term for completion of paper work there, it might include probate IF that is the case it should show up in the DLC book. </div><div><br></div><div>If their was any probate process the bare minimum is there should be some notice published in the local newspaper at that time.
