<p class="MsoNormal">Given that ViolaRae has recently posted that she may be visiting the Archives in the near future I wanted to alert her and the list about this upcoming event.  The State Archives will be closed the morning of July 27<sup>th</sup> for an

 all staff meeting of the Secretary of State’s office.  We always post messages on our home page and in the building about a week in advance of any scheduled disruption in our normal service hours.  However, researchers do not always see these messages as they

 don’t necessarily go to the home page but go directly to other pages in our web site.  We will be open at 1:00 on July 27<sup>th</sup>.<o:p></o:p></p>
