<DIV style="FONT-FAMILY: arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Not having much luck with your Frank Elder, it isn't helping that there is a fictitious Frank Elder that is the protagonist of a popular novel series.  Searching "Frank Elder" Paisley mostly turns up a bunch of stuff from some "Diane" Lady.  I did find a 93 year old Coach in buried in 2006 in Chino, CA who could have had a son Frank old enough to be your guy, but they only mention two children, no Frank. The fact that there are lots of Mormon Elders who happen to be named Frank has not helped my search either.</DIV>
