<P class=MsoNoSpacing style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Since I am their nephew I believe I am not qualified as “immediate family member” that why I posted my question earlier today.</P>

<P class=MsoNoSpacing style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Also it looks like the cheapest way to obtain the three certificates is to mail a check for $20 three different times. The next cheapest way is to walk in and pay $23.25 for the first one and $20 each for certificate number two and three.</P>
