So where the heck is WM in 1870? I have to assume he is somewhere as my sex change comment was purely sarcasm, but I have been unable to find him. In fact if I didn't have his marriage documents for marrying Cinda Rondeau in 1892 and what I presume is his divorce from her in the Plaindealer in 1902 and a death index entry I assume is him I would say the 1880 census us wrong.</div>

My main question is whether William who marries Cinda in Douglas Co on 31 July 1892 is the above listed Wm age 16 and whether he is indeed Frank's son. If I could find them in 1900 I would probably have at least half my answer and would be happy to assume the rest and leave proving it to someone it was important to. </div>
