<p class="yiv4116687706MsoNormal">We are still not open to the public but are beginning to work on the process of re-opening.  It will likely be a phased process with a variety of changes to protect the health and safety of both staff and the researchers.  Stayed tuned,
 but in the meantime please use the online options if you would like to request copies of any records.</p>

<p class="yiv4116687706MsoNormal">I also want to let you know that we now have the early vital records that had previously been held by the Center for Health Statistics.  These include:</p>

<p class="yiv4116687706MsoNormal">Oregon Marriage Returns from 1911-1945</p>

<p class="yiv4116687706MsoNormal">Delayed Birth records from 1903-1918</p>

<p class="yiv4116687706MsoNormal">The records are being scanned and will eventually be available on Ancestry and FamilySearch but as you can imagine the indexing of these records will take some time.  If  you would like to request records from the Reference Desk please
