<p class="MsoNormal">There’s been some recent movement from the Collaborative Summer Library Program to address summer food insecurity and support summer meals. There is a new facebook group you are welcome to join if you think it may be helpful for your libraries.

<p class="MsoNormal">As a quick reminder: All Oregon public, tribal, and volunteer libraries are members of the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP), and receive a free summer reading manual. To get the most out of your membership, create an account
on the CSLP website (<span class="MsoHyperlink"><span style="color:windowtext"><a href="http://www.cslpreads.org/"><span style="color:windowtext">http://www.cslpreads.org/</span></a></span></span>). CSLP membership dues and manual fees are paid for by the
State Library with LSTA funds. Summer reading manuals are distributed by OLA’s Children’s Services Division. CSD & OYAN representatives speak for Oregon on CSLP committees and at the CSLP Annual Meeting, coming up in September 2019.

<p class="MsoNormal">The CSLP Child and Community Well-Being Committee (CCWB) is excited to announce its latest project. With CSLP support, the CCWB has recently soft-launched the
<b><a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/2383790818612681">CSLP - Feeding the Whole Child: Libraries and Food Facebook group</a></b>. This is CSLP’s first Facebook group. It was created to address the CCWB goal of establishing a community of practice to
facilitate networking, idea-sharing, and mutual support.<o:p></o:p></p>
