office. This position will serve as the main point of contact for and coordinate the review of specific complex federal projects subject to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act; critically analyze and synthesize input from stakeholders; provide
written opinions on the consistency of projects with relevant guiding documents and federal regulations, standards, and guidelines; respond to public inquiries regarding the Department’s review; perform field inspections and coordinate meetings; and advise
division Director of relevant complex and sensitive projects and issues. Duties will have a strong focus on cultural landscapes and their historic contexts and aspects of integrity. Job posting can be found at:
