<span class="position-summary">This position is part of the Archaeological Research Division (a.k.a the Oregon State Museum of Anthropology/OSMA) at MNCH. OSMA was created in 1935 by the State Legislature and has been at the forefront of innovative archaeological
research in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest ever since.</span><br>

<span class="position-summary">The position's primary task is to provide cultural resource management services to a variety of clients by managing and leading archaeological field crews in survey and excavation, management of field data, and coordination with
multiple landowners and land-managing agencies for the Research division at the Museum of Natural & Cultural History. The Senior Research Associate will analyze and publish research paperwork and publications, and collaborate with other units and programs
at the Museum. This position supervises and trains volunteers and students, and assigns and reviews work.</span><br>
