<p class="MsoNormal">As a courtesy, the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Commission does set aside time for general public comments at every business meeting. On this issue specifically, any written or spoken comments on the proposed rule will be shared with
the commission <b>after</b> they vote, not before. The public comment period on the rule is closed, so they can’t receive any new comment (if they do, it re-opens the comment period, and they can’t act while the comment period is open).<o:p></o:p></p>
