<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">As a Central Park Resource Specialist, you will lead the agency’s Cultural Resource Program by providing leadership, technical expertise and coordination with Region Archaeologists, agency staff, other state,
local and tribal agencies, and provide a consistent and statewide approach to cultural resource management on state park properties.

<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">In this role, you will provide quality control and improve efficiencies for OPRD’s cultural resource management program, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and the documentation
for environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, permit applications, and various legal findings. You will provide strategic leadership to teams of coworkers to develop strategic goals, programmatic workplans, tools, policies, and program enhancements.

<p class="Default" style="page-break-before:always"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">Additionally, you will support OPRD with Government-to-Government relations with Oregon’s nine Federally recognized Tribes, and assist with statewide training to managers and

</b><span style="font-size:11.5pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.5pt">A Master's Degree in Archaeology or Anthropology or a closely related field;
<b>AND </b>Four (4) years of professional experience. At least One (1) year of experience must be at a technical or professional level performing activities such as researching and analyzing archaeology data, conducting investigations, applying pertinent laws
and regulations, or coordinating and monitoring project activities. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
