NPS), 5 Tribes, Oregon-California Trails Association (OCTA), Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) and SHPO in Oregon, Idaho, and potential visual impact for review with WA DAHP. There are multiple reports to review for the process and consulting with the Section
106 Consulting Parties (CPs). <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The BLM is looking for a Section 106 expert to ensure that the project proponent addresses all aspects of the PA. Archaeologist will coordinate with the Local staff Archaeologist of each of the agencies, Coordinate and work closely with
the BLM Project Manager, write letters and consult as needed with the Tribes and SHPO's, Review Contractor reports for assessment of effects, review and approve all documents before sent to the CPs, coordinate review of the Historic Properties Management plan
and any potential long-term Monitoring needs, cultural education of Construction workers regarding cultural resources protection and ensure tribes are afford opportunity to present information.. Key resources Tribal interests and current and historical use
and trails and the National Historic Oregon Trail.<o:p></o:p></p>
