Announcing the 5th Annual Oregon Flu Summit!
 
Save-the-Date!  Please help us by sharing this announcement with your community and vaccination partners!  This no-cost educational meeting is being brought to you by the Oregon Adult Immunization Coalition and its supporting agencies.  
 
Our annual Flu Summit will be held on September 16th from 9:30-3:30 at the Monarch Hotel in Clackamas, Oregon.  The curriculum will use both lecture and interactive to provide: an overview of influenza, examine State and National efforts to prevent influenza, plenary topics on chronic disease and their relationship with influenza, and interactive workshops on storage, handling, vaccine administration, and dealing with media contacts.  Webinar option will be provided for attendees who prefer to participate from their computers.  
 
 
Our intended audience includes all immunization providers, public health staff, employee health specialists, infection control specialists, hospital administrators, health educators, medical assistants, nursing home and long-term care administrators, tribal health, health professional students, immunizing pharmacists, hospital pharmacists, and other immunization stakeholders.
