[ORDiabCoalition] ORDiabCoalition Digest, Vol 14, Issue 3

A few years ago, the coalition had a one day conference where materials
in Russian were presented.  I have some at home, but they are in my
attic and haven't had a chance to go up there to dig them out.  I know
that clinics in Woodburn were using them, but cant tell you which ones.
I have looked over these materials below and they are translated well.
