<P><FONT face="Times New Roman">Finding Answers Launches Third Call for Proposals (CFP)</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">Download the CFP<BR></FONT><A href="http://www.solvingdisparities.org/media/file/cfp_FindingAnswers3.pdf"><U><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#0000ff>http://www.solvingdisparities.org/media/file/cfp_FindingAnswers3.pdf</FONT></U></A><FONT face="Times New Roman"><BR><BR>The CFP requests submissions for projects to evaluate interventions with the potential to reduce racial and ethnic health care disparities in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, depression and diabetes.<BR><BR>Finding Answers seeks proposals that evaluate policy, organizational, provider, patient, or community focused interventions. All interventions must be integrated into a system of ongoing medical care.<BR><BR>Proposals from community-based organizations, employers and health plans are also encouraged.<BR><BR>Grants awarded through the Finding Answers initiative range between $100,000 and $275,000.<BR><BR>Please carefully read the CFP for all eligibility criteria, selection criteria and proposal submission instructions.
