The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) has partnered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/Environmental Health Tracking Branch (Tracking Branch) to host its second FREE virtual conference and you are invited. The conference will increase awareness and knowledge about the environment's role in chronic diseases and will highlight collaboration opportunities between the chronic disease community and the Tracking Network.

We extend a special invitation to you to attend NACDD's Environmental Public Health Tracking Virtual Conference 2016 (May 3-4). The theme of the conference is Connecting Our Health and the Environment.

Conference content will focus on the environmental effects on chronic conditions such as asthma, heart disease, cancer, as well as topics such as health equity, health policy and others. Conference features will include: Virtual conference sessions (including breakouts); Exhibit Halls; Poster sessions; Resource Toolkits and the popular Virtual Fitness Challenge!

The virtual conference will serve as a venue for collaboration between state leaders, decision makers and practitioners working in environmental health and chronic disease prevention.
