prevention and control of communicable diseases and foodborne outbreaks. Works in an innovative, high paced environment, researching and presenting data, integrating health equity approaches across BCHS and within the community, and participating in development

•Collaborate with managers and community partners and recommend process and outcome measures that align with organizational goals. Assist management by monitoring, tracking and advising on program and population data; participate on committees to gather information
or plan studies to evaluate performance data; make recommendations based on results of study.<br>
•Work as liaison to outside data-generating entities to develop and maintain partnerships for sharing and using data.<br>
•Use skills that foster collaborations, strong partnerships, and team-building to accomplish epidemiology program objectives.<br>
•Develop professional relationships with state, local, tribal and academic epidemiologists and with population-health database experts in order to support and improve coordinated surveillance, monitoring and presentation of epidemiologic data and evaluation.<br>

•Provide data gathering and analysis expertise for disease investigations, including foodborne illness outbreaks in support of CD nurses, EH specialists, County Health Officer, County public information officer, and department administration.

•Serve as department liaison with state communicable disease epidemiologists for data system support, data management and exchange, and outbreak analysis.<br>
•Assist department administration, management, and programs to provide epidemiological data and interpretation for media projects and/or during outbreaks and public health emergencies.<br>
•At the request of department administration, work with other agencies and organizations to support communicable disease investigation and emergency reponse.<br>
•Support public health emergency preparedness planning activities including statistical and evaluation support for preparedness activities.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
