20% grant cap (We will be working out all of the details for the spring
funding cycle).</FONT></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN class=132233123-05112009><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Grants of 3% or
less will receive full funding.</FONT></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN class=132233123-05112009><FONT size=2 face=Arial>These will be
applied to this fall's funding cycle (I have attached the new reduction spread
sheet and I'll be sending out the reduction requests next week based on these
numbers).</FONT></SPAN></LI>
<LI><SPAN class=132233123-05112009><FONT size=2 face=Arial>The goal 6 date has
been moved to 2016. Please take the time, if you haven't already, and make any
adjustments to your online ORMAP business plans.</FONT></SPAN></LI></OL>
