attached documents for review. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday October
12, 2011 at the main Revenue building in Salem from 10 am - 3 pm. We will
be in room 467, there is no need to get a badge, just take the elevator up to
the 4th floor. Everyone who requested parking passes should be receiving those
in the next couple days. If you don't receive your pass by Tuesday evening
please let me know and I'll have one waiting for you in room
