<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Trail Act Social Media Toolkit<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In partnership with the Oregon Trails Coalition, we recently released a social media toolkit with the goals of sharing the values and benefits of trails, encouraging trail users to support stewardship efforts, and to foster Leave No Trace
principles. The toolkit includes seven downloadable images to share, suggested captions, and other great resources. You’re welcome to customize your messaging to support trail work you’re involved with, or share directly from the Oregon State Parks Facebook
or Instagram pages. Oregon State Parks shared the first of seven posts on our pages this past Wednesday, and will continue to roll these out over the coming weeks. Check out the toolkit and help us spread the word!

<p class="MsoNormal">One of the main messages of the toolkit is encouraging users to support the organizations that care for trails across the state, by volunteering or finding other ways to support them. The Oregon Trails Coalition developed a map of stewardship
groups and we’re sharing a link to the map in our toolkit messaging. No matter the size of your group, and even if you don’t have current volunteer opportunities, we encourage you to submit your group’s information to the map, which will direct people to your
