[orthoimagery] Orthoimagery Meeting time change: Morning to afternoon

Folks:

 

Because there is a ArcGIS Server meeting roughly the same time as the
Orthoimagery meeting on Jan 14th,   the meeting time should probably be
moved up from the morning to say the afternoon from 1-3.   This way some
of the folks can attend both meetings.

 

Old meeting time:           9:30 - 11:30

 

New meeting time          1:00- 3:00
