[OSBAE] OSBAE Rulemaking Notice

Dear Interested Parties,

The Oregon State Board of Architect Examiners is seeking public comment on its proposed amendments to Oregon Administrative Rules 806-001-0003 Biennial Budget and 806-010-0105 Fee Schedule. The amendments are proposed to adopt the 2021-2023 biennial budget and to adjust fees to be in alignment with that budget.  Please see the attached notice which includes a summary of the proposed amendments.

A public hearing will be held on March 23 at 1:30 p.m. via videoconference. Interested parties may also participate by phone. Please contact me if you would like information on how to join the meeting.

Written comments will be accepted until March 26, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. and may be submitted via email or mail.
