[OSBAE] OSBAE Proposed Rulemaking to Implement SB 224

The Oregon State Board of Architect Examiners has proposed amendments to Oregon Administration Rule Chapter 806. These amendments are to implement the statutory changes in Senate Bill 224 and to clean up and clarify our rules.

Please see the rulemaking notice on our website<https://public.orlicensing.oregon.gov/ORBAEPortal/BoardAdditional.aspx?Board=BAE&BoardLinkID=100> which includes a summary of the proposed amendments, information on how to submit comments, and a copy of Senate Bill 224. Please note the budget revisions in 806-001-0003 have already been approved. They appear as changes in this notice because the budget is not effective until July 1.
